We wash and detangle your curls in the basin with plenty of water and patience, then define them: a wash-and-go, finger coils or a twist-out, diffused or air-dried. A conditioning mask can be added to any wash day. Your stylist walks you through each step.

Do you diffuse or air-dry?
Either. A diffuser is faster; air-drying takes longer in the chair. Tell your stylist which you prefer.
What is a twist-out?
Two-strand twists are set on damp hair and unraveled once dry, for a defined, full shape. It suits tight curls and coils.
Can I bring my own products?
Please do. We start from what you use, and change only what needs changing.
