Cut and shape

Dry curl cut

Your curls cut dry, one at a time, so each one is cut where it sits.

Wet curls stretch, so we look at yours dry. Your stylist sections the hair, cuts curl by curl and checks the shape as it falls, then shows you how to wash, define and dry it at home. Bring your products and the tools you use. Results vary with your hair.

What to expect

  • An hour and a half to two hours

  • A deposit holds your time

  • A lesson to take home

Questions about this service

Do I need a consultation first?

If you are new to us, yes. It takes 30 minutes, with your hair dry, and you leave with a plan and a stylist.

Can I book just a trim?

Yes. A shape-up is a lighter cut between full cuts, for the ends, the perimeter and any curls that have grown out of line.

How often should I come back?

It depends on how fast your hair grows and the shape you like. Your stylist suggests a rhythm at the end of your visit.
